Frequently Asked Questions
How soon should I send you my bouquet or flowers after event?
The sooner the better. In the meantime, keep your flowers in water as much as possible, keep them as cool as possible (no freezer), and touch them as little as possible.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Approximately 4 months.
The exception to this is the wedding season. Processing incoming bouquets before they pass will take priority- just like yours did when we received it!
Will you return the preserved flowers you do not use in my order?
No, we take great care in preserving each bloom and will make sure that every important element is represented in your final piece to capture the essence of your bouquet. We are unable to track and return additional blooms that are not used in the final pieces.
Will my flowers look exactly like they did when I gave them to you after they are preserved?
Depending on the piece you order and the blooms you provide us, the final outcome may appear slightly different than your original bouquet. This is to be expected when observing the difference between fresh and preserved flowers!
It is very exciting to see how each bloom preserves. We use all the "tricks of the trade” to get the best outcome possible and will certainly let you know when we receive your bouquet if there is any reason for concern.
Which color blooms maintain their color the best?
The brighter the better. We love color! White typically yellows and can continue to through time. However, we love a white wedding and take great care in color correcting white blooms as needed to preserve the essence of your wedding day.
Will my blooms fade in resin?
No, they will not, but the resin MAY yellow a little through time.
Will my pressed blooms fade?
Pressed flowers are treated with UV protection and placed under UV Glass. Through time, fading and yellowing is not common but still MAY occur.
Can food be served on resin pieces?
Yes, it is food safe. The resin we use is FDA Compliant and is
BPA Free.
Are resin coasters and trivets heat resistant?
Yes, resin is heat resistant up to 145 degrees F. Most
hot cups are at a lower temperature than 145 degrees F and function well on resin coasters.
